The arrival cluster. Lucardo occupies the north-eastern quarter of Azizi Florence — the first ground a resident crosses after the main entrance, running east from the arrival boulevard to the community’s eastern boundary road.
Where it sits
Azizi Florence is laid out as six architecturally distinct clusters around a 1.6 million sq. ft. central park. Lucardo is the north-east one. Select any other cluster to move to it.

The main entrance, its water feature and the gateway canopy all open onto Lucardo. Everything arriving at Azizi Florence passes its western edge.
The master plan shows a run of low-rise apartment buildings with courtyard and rooftop pools along the top of the cluster — part of the 3,500 apartments in the plan, and the only building form in Azizi Florence that is not a townhouse or a villa.
The single largest roof on the master plan sits at Lucardo’s northern boundary, in the position the plan gives to the community mall and retail high street.
Of the six clusters, Lucardo has the shortest run to Emirates Road — the entrance interchange is on its doorstep.
Azizi Developments has published the master plan, its cluster names and the release figures for Azizi Florence as a whole. A unit-by-unit breakdown by cluster has not been released. The home types, sizes and prices below are the master-plan release figures and apply across the community; the allocation to Lucardo is confirmed on the current price list at the time of booking.

The name
Lucardo stands on a hilltop in the Val d’Elsa, west of Florence, in what is now the commune of Montespertoli. It appears in the record before the year 1000 — the bishops of Florence held property there from the eighth century — and the name itself is Lombard, from Leocard.
The village never built a separate curtain wall. The outer faces of the houses were the wall. It passed from the Cadolingi counts to the Alberti, was sacked in 1260 after the battle of Montaperti, and in the fifteenth century came into the hands of the Machiavelli family, whose vineyards and olive groves still cover the slope.
The Residences
Five released home types across the master plan, from a three-bedroom townhouse at AED 1.89M to a six-bedroom park-facing villa at AED 4.95M. Every home is delivered with private outdoor space, and plots start at 1,600 sq. ft.

The two share the arrival plaza and both carry apartment terraces on their outer edges, so they are the closest pair in the plan. Lucardo is the eastern of the two and the larger, and it holds the community’s civic frontage; Versilia faces the Emirates Road approach behind a deep planted belt.
