Azizi Florence is laid out as six architecturally distinct clusters around a 1.6 million sq. ft. central park. Versilia is the north-west one. Select any other cluster to move to it.

A row of apartment buildings with pool decks runs along Versilia’s north-western edge, mirroring Lucardo’s across the entrance. Between them they carry the apartment component of the plan.
The master plan puts the deepest planted belt in the community along this edge, between the homes and the E311 approach.
Versilia shares the entrance plaza with Lucardo — the two northern clusters are the shortest walk to the arrival square and its retail.
Versilia’s southern boundary meets the head of the central park, where the spine widens into its first lake and pavilion.
Azizi Developments has published the master plan, its cluster names and the release figures for Azizi Florence as a whole. A unit-by-unit breakdown by cluster has not been released. The home types, sizes and prices below are the master-plan release figures and apply across the community; the allocation to Versilia is confirmed on the current price list at the time of booking.

The name
Versilia is the only one of the six names that is not a settlement. It is the strip of north-western Tuscany where the Apuan Alps come down to the Tyrrhenian — Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Viareggio — and the place Italians mean when they talk about the summer.
Marble from those mountains built the Duomo. The coast below them invented the beach club. Versilia is the Tuscan word for open air and long light, which is a reasonable thing to call the cluster that meets the western sky first.
The Residences
Five released home types across the master plan, from a three-bedroom townhouse at AED 1.89M to a six-bedroom park-facing villa at AED 4.95M. Every home is delivered with private outdoor space, and plots start at 1,600 sq. ft.

It shares the entrance plaza with Lucardo. Between them, the two northern clusters are the shortest walk in the master plan to the arrival square and the retail that fronts it.
