Where it sits
Azizi Florence is laid out as six architecturally distinct clusters around a 1.6 million sq. ft. central park. Soffiano is the south-east one. Select any other cluster to move to it.

The spine does not stop at Soffiano; it widens. The lake, the splash gardens and the play islands sit on the cluster’s top edge.
The eastern boundary road and the southern perimeter both back onto planted buffer rather than onto neighbouring homes.
As on the western wing, the plan draws no apartment buildings here — townhouses and villas only.
The courtyard building at the eastern boundary sits at the Pienza–Soffiano seam, a short walk from either side.
Azizi Developments has published the master plan, its cluster names and the release figures for Azizi Florence as a whole. A unit-by-unit breakdown by cluster has not been released. The home types, sizes and prices below are the master-plan release figures and apply across the community; the allocation to Soffiano is confirmed on the current price list at the time of booking.
Southern park gardens — Artist’s impression
The name
Soffiano is not a Tuscan town in the countryside — it is a quarter of Florence, on the city’s western side below the Marignolle hill, inside Quartiere 4 with Isolotto and Legnaia. Green, residential, and largely unbothered by the tourists two kilometres east.
The name predates all of it. It comes from the Latin praedium Sufianum — the estate of Sufius — a survivor of Roman land division still legible in a street name two thousand years later.
The Residences
Five released home types across the master plan, from a three-bedroom townhouse at AED 1.89M to a six-bedroom park-facing villa at AED 4.95M. Every home is delivered with private outdoor space, and plots start at 1,600 sq. ft.

85+ amenities serve Azizi Florence as a whole — the 1.6 million sq. ft. central park and six pocket parks, 12 residents’ clubhouses, 11.5 km of cycle and run track, two mosques, a school, a hospital and a retail high street. A home in Soffiano has the same claim on every one of them as a home anywhere else in the community.

Azizi Florence is sold on a construction-linked 30/70 plan. 10% falls due on booking, then 5% at each of four milestones, with the balance on completion — the same terms across all six clusters.

Two of its sides face planting rather than homes: the eastern boundary road and the southern perimeter both back onto buffer landscape. It is low-rise throughout, with no apartment buildings drawn in the cluster.
It is the only one of the six names that is Florence itself — a green residential quarter on the city’s western side below the Marignolle hill, inside Quartiere 4 with Isolotto and Legnaia. The name predates the city’s fame, from the Latin praedium Sufianum, the estate of Sufius.
The southern park gardens on its boundary are the part of the plan drawn for children — splash play, the play islands, the lawns. Combined with low-rise streets and buffer planting on two sides, it is the corner of the plan built around that use.
The courtyard building on the eastern boundary sits at the Pienza–Soffiano seam, so it is a short walk from either side of that line. The community has two mosques in total, with prayer halls inside the residential clusters.
